Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.) – 2 Years

The Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.) is a two-year full-time academic programme structured to train students for professional practice in hospitals, community pharmacies, dispensaries, and various pharmaceutical settings under the guidance of a registered pharmacist.

The programme consists of two academic years, each with a minimum of 180 instructional days, followed by a mandatory practical training of at least 500 hours. This hands-on training is completed over a period of approximately three months in a PCI-approved Government Hospital, Dispensary, or Pharmacy.

Eligibility Criteria:

For admission to D.Pharm.:

• Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examinationwith Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics from a recognized board.
• Any equivalent qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of Indiais also acceptable.
• Applicants must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the admission year.
